→ How to find catacombs in lineage 2 by lvl

Everyone knows that for most warrior professions, the best place to level up is in the lineage kats. In l2, the cuts are distinguished by a good drop and spoil, as well as a rather convenient place for pumping, because all the mobs are collected in the same place, and you don’t need to run after them. All mobs have a fairly strong physical defense, as well as increased hp (x4). It is due to the fact that the mobs are quite strong that the character is given a much larger amount of SP and EXP for them than for ordinary mobs in the clearing.

Where to fly from level 20?

Previously, in lineage cuts, the room was occupied for days by destroyers and spoilers, who here pump characters and extract resources. Often these professions rocked in pairs. With the advent of the chronicles of Grace Finale, the number of professions that began to live in katas has increased significantly.

Absolutely all warriors can swing in l2 kats, the main thing is to have good armor and a buff, otherwise the mobs will have an advantage, and the kat will turn into a nightmare of regen hp and mp.

In lineage 2, catacombs are not distributed by lvl, so you often have to fly through the dungeons, trying to choose not only the right level, but also the right mobs. It is worth noting that in the cuts there is a distribution of monsters by their level, they differ by 2-3 levels.

But with which lineage cat to start your long journey to the maximum level? In l2, you can register for kata immediately, having received the first profession, that is, from level 20. From the 20th to the 40th level, registration in the 7 seals quest is free, then you will have to lay out 50k adena.

From the smallest kats to the largest

The smallest cat is called Necropolis of Sacrifice, mobs 20+ live here, so from the drop they have top NG guns and gear. Dwarfs can spoil the heals for further download. The mobs are not strong, so you can swing even in not very good gear here. Of course, it’s quite difficult to buy lineage armor at the initial levels, but it’s quite possible to knock it out of mobs. After the Scarify, we move to Dion, where the Catacomb of Heretic is located, mobs of level 30+ live here, and if you still haven’t got yourself a good weapon, then there’s nothing to do here: the mobs are very aggressive and hit hard.

It would seem that you can sort catacombs by lvl in lineage 2, focusing on the cities where they are located, and what is the average level of mobs there. But everyone knows that mobs up to level 20 live in the initial villages, however, on the territory of the dark elves there are kats where you can meet 75+ monsters. It turns out that you can sort all the catacombs in lineage 2 by their lvl of the inhabitants like this:

  • Necropolis of Sacrifice (20-30);
  • Catacomb of Heretic (30-40);
  • The Pilgrim's Necropolis (32-40);
  • Catacomb of Branded (40-51);
  • Necropolis of Worship (42-51);
  • Catacomb of Apostate (51-60);
  • Patriot's Necropolis (54-60);
  • Necropolis of Devotion's(Ascetic's Necropolis)(60-70);
  • Catacomb of Witch (60-72);
  • Necropolis of Martyrdom (60-72);
  • Saint's Necropolis (70-78);
  • Disciple's Necropolis (70-80);
  • Catacomb of Dark Omens (72-80);
  • Catacomb of Forbidden Path (72-80).

Mobs from lineage can come to the cuts of the same level, the same type, but the drop and spoil can be different from them. Therefore, in some katas there are no free rooms, while others are completely empty. All mobs are very social, so mages do not go to dungeons: their weak physical defense does not allow them to hold several monsters on them at the same time. You can, of course, use Sleep and other spells, but then there will be a lack of MP. Warriors in lineage 2 catacombs are chosen by lvl based on their type and debuffs. For example, in

dusk vs dawn

Every 2 weeks there is a dusk vs dawn competition. In every city, except for the starting locations, there are Dusk and Dawn Priests. Who can sign up for any side.
The first week is the competition itself, the second week the winner enjoys various goodies. How is the competition going? In catacobs and necropolises there are special mobs Lilim and Niflim. From which stones are dropped, which are then changed by priests to acient adena (AA). During the competition period, AA is credited to the account, and issued to the winning side the following week. The losing side is not issued, but the score is not reset. The competition is in 2 "sports" - AA gathering and festivals. What is a festival? This is a sea of fun. Any priest (naturally, the one for whom you are registered) can sign up for the festival. Priest teleports to the festival venue.
I do not remember the name, but they are located above Gludin. In the Orc Barraks area. This place has several halls with a level limit. The team that signed up for the festival must go into the room and kill as many mobs as possible. Mobs are all orcs. There are shamans, archers and "infantry". The festival lasts only 20 minutes, but believe me, not every group will stand for these 20 minutes. For death, a meager amount of exp is removed. Drop there - only money. In general, whoever killed more mobs - he won. The results of the festival are counted by level categories.
Based on the results of the festivals and the AA gathering, the winner in the dusk vs dawn competition is determined.
The second week, as I said, is used to get buns.
1. Losers are not allowed into the catacombs and necropolises. Meanwhile, the winners are quietly stuffing AA. For these AA you can buy a lot of tasty things, namely: Greater Heal Potions, Greater Haste potions (wind walk2), Greater Potions of alacrity (haste2) are sold from priests
Greater Magic haste potions (acumen2). CP heal potions, Greater Heal potions, and more. Mammon trader jumps through the necropolises, from which you can buy all the tattoos, D, C, B enchant armor scrolls, D, C enchant weapon scrolls and something else. A Mammon Blacksmith jumps through the catacombs, from which you can change weapons for the same or an order of magnitude higher than D, C, and B-grade. THAT is, for example, you can change the Sword of Revolutions (from the store) to Elven Long Sword (which you can’t buy in the store), etc.
That, in principle, is all about dusk vs dawn.

Catacombs and necropolises- as you can understand from the name, this is something underground and terrible. In fact, these are just underground locations inhabited by enhanced (all mobs x4) mobs compared to above-ground locations with an increased chance of drops and spoils.

There are a lot of such dungeons in the game, they all differ in the level of mobs, from the 20th level to the 80th level. Therefore, you can always choose your kata to your liking, and not only by the level of the mobs, but also by the drops and spoils from them. Basically, players go to kats for two reasons that we, as gnomes, are of little interest to - this is a quick swing with the destres of the entire party, and the second is the filling of stones with seven seals from mobs for their subsequent exchange for ancient adena.

I personally go to kats only when I need to knock out some kind of recipe that is knocked out with a much worse chance in other places, or when I need to spoil or, well, or. And, well, sometimes they are also required urgently, but there are fewer problems with this, it’s enough to run into the kats and ask the first destra that comes to hand. There are so many of them falling that any destr will be happy to clear his inventory.

In order to get into the catacombs and necropolises, you need to register with the Priest of Dawn or Dusk Priestess in any city, including the village of Gludin, during the week of the struggle of the seven seals. There are none in the starting villages. You can register after receiving the first profession. If you do not have time to register in the week of wrestling, then there is no registration in the week of victory, and you will have to wait until the next Monday. The change of the period takes place on Mondays at 18.00.

If you registered for the side that lost the fight, then on the week of victory you will not be allowed into kata, and you will also have to wait until the new fight period. As a rule, on the interlude, the bulk of the players register with the big-nosed Priest of Dawn (although in fact this is not a nose, but a hat). At Dusk Priestess, they register very rarely, since there you need to make much more effort to win, and in general this is a completely different topic.

When I was very small and did not know which seal to choose when registering, I was immediately told to choose the seal of Seal of Gnosis (Seal of Knowledge), because with her victory there will be both a blacksmith and a trader of Mammon. Since then, I've been doing that.

After you have gained access to the dungeons, you need to get there somehow. Here everything is different on different servers. Somewhere there is a permanent teleport from the nosed one to the entrance to the cat, somewhere only during the period of struggle or victory, somewhere there are nubless teleports to all cat. And somewhere they are not. Therefore, in the worst case, you have to run with your legs. As a rule, it is not long to run, and I will tell about all teleports in the descriptions for the corresponding catacombs and necropolises.

Having run up to the entrance to the dungeon, you need to swim some distance under water to get to the teleport. The water in the catacombs is highlighted in red, in the necropolises it is transparent. Here, many players swear that by jumping into the water, their HP decreases sharply, as if falling from a great height. To avoid this, do not break headlong - we approach the very edge of the pit and only after that we click to the bottom of this very pit. Then HP will not be removed.

Having sailed to the entrance to the katas, at the Gatekeeper Ziggurat, you can try inside, or you can (and this is even necessary) take the quest Yoke of the Past. According to this quest, items will fall into your quest inventory, which at any time you can exchange with the same Ziggurat for a Blank Scroll one to one. For these scrolls, you can buy various items from the trader Mammon.

Tpshnuvshis inside, immediately take the second quest In the Dimensional Rift by the large statue to the left of the entrance. This quest will drop Dimension Fragments directly into your regular inventory. For these fragments, you can get into .
Another nuance that varies on different servers. Some from the gatekeeper Ziggurat can go directly to the rift, even if you are not registered for either side in the struggle of the seven seals. Ziggurat has a menu bar through which you can fall into the rift. Some servers don't. When I figure out what it is connected with, I will write here.

Now you can start picking mobs. The structure of the mobs in the cuts is such that there are mobs that support the fight on the side of the army of Dawn (Dawn), and there are on the side of the Sunset (Dusk), and there are mobs that are neutral.

Dawn mobs have the word Lilim in their name, and sunset mobs have the word Nephilim (these are at high levels, at low levels other names, Lith and Gigant, respectively). All these mobs are not aggro, and are not social to the other side. That is, if you beat the Lilim mob, then the nearby Nephilim mob will not pay any attention to you and will not aggro. During the victory of the seals, all the mobs of the losing side are removed from the catacombs, and the same number of mobs of the winning side take their place. Therefore, sometimes it turns out that the mob you need to drop is not in the kata, and you have to wait a whole week. This is especially critical for mobs with a drop of books, and in the week of victory, you can break any price for these books, since there is no way to knock out these books. I'm in the drop, so I write "only in the week of the struggle."

But neutral mobs, even if they are not aggro, are generally social to all mobs in the cuts, and all other mobs from the opposing sides are social to neutrals. And as soon as you hook on this neutral, the whole room will turn on you. Consider this.

Now specifically about each dungeon:
