  • Resorts washed by the Caribbean Sea: Boca Chica, Juan Dolio, La Romana. These resorts have common features. The beaches are sandy lagoons of shallow depth, surrounded by coral reefs. There is a rich underwater world here, a paradise for diving enthusiasts.

    It takes a very long time to get here from Punta Cana, so one of the Russian tour operators even offered flights to Juan Dolio Airport, but they have now been canceled because the occupancy rate was low.
